Why should I believe in Astrology?

It is not necessary to belive in anything that does not resonate with your inner truth. However, by understanding astrology it can give you tools to better uncover you life path, past life energy, soul contracts, karma, self-healing and other patterns in your life. By looking at astrology as a map to your life, you can learn to go with the flow of things with greater ease. Without that astrological awareness, you may not be maximizing your opportunities.

How can the planets really affect my life? Don't I have a choice?

The movements of the planets create windows of opportunity for things to take place. It is always your choice if you want to walk through those windows or not. Each planet in astrology is assigned to an area of life, and more information will be available on Aurora's Message soon about the specific roles of each of the planetary bodies.

I have read my astrology in the newspaper before and it doesn't ever seem to make sense, can you tell me why?

The horoscope in the daily paper is done on a very general basis for all people born under the same Sun sign as you. That is only looking at one piece of the larger puzzle. Once you can look at and understand your entire Natal Chart (where all of the planets are at your time of birth) this will give you the entire picture of your energy for your current lifetime.
